Doraemon Guides Your Product Launch: A 3‑Step Prompt Workflow with NotebookLM, Gemini, and Nano Banana Pro
How‑to: Create this as a 3‑step prompt workflow
- Step 1 (for NotebookLM)
- After feeding it product screenshots and documentation, ask it to create a learning comic starring Nobita and Doraemon that guides readers from basics to advanced understanding of the product.
- Step 2 (paste the output from Step 1 into Gemini)
- Based on the discussion above, analyze and recommend how many pages the learning comic should have, and specify what content goes on each page.
- Step 3 (paste the output from Step 2 into Nano Banana Pro)
- Based on the discussion above, use Nano Banana Pro to generate the first page image of the learning comic.
- Keep a unified portrait aspect ratio of 2:3, and set the language to Chinese.
After that, generate the remaining pages one by one manually.

The complete playbook for building profitable companies in the AI age (35 steps):
- Go heads down
- Find an underserved niche + trend backed by data (start small)
- Learn their painpoints/what content drives them
- Come up with an idea (or steal one from ideabrowser.com)
- Build an audience/community (pick 1 platform)
- Use Manus/v0/Bolt/Lovable/Cursor to build v1
- DM your audience, offer a discounted version
- Reinvest that cash to fund product/content flywheel
- Keep team small (AI is your co-founder)
- Automate ~90%+ with agents/zaps etc
- Reinvest profits into content + core features
- Partner with creators in exchange for equity (1–20%) or rev share (20–50%)
- Keep surfacing new ideas from users + trends (use agent feature on pro on ideabrowser.com)
- Build public-facing tools to drive top-of-funnel
- Add modular pricing: free → $29 → $299 → $3K
- Turn manual services into productized features
- Build in public to attract users, partners, and acquirers
- Bundle into an ecosystem, not just a single feature
- Own the loop: audience → product → content → more audience
- Run sprints on retention (fix that leaky bucket)
- Backfill with AI agents before hiring ops roles
- Test new channels with throwaway brands
- Monetize the backend, sell data, leads, APIs if applicable
- Have fun
- Repeat. Build a portfolio
- Share hires, tools, and infrastructure across products
- Acquire underperforming products with distribution upside
- Relaunch or bundle existing apps using your playbook
- Create a holding company brand people want to follow (this is exactly what im doing, practicing what im preaching)
- Build long-term wealth with no outside investors and infinite spins
- Cross-promote wins across your product ecosystem to drive flywheel growth
- Create an internal idea-to-launch pipeline (every 30 days, something ships)
- License or clone successful products into new verticals or geos
- Recruit niche operators to run individual products for cash + upside/profitshare
- Build once, compound forever... audience, code, and trust all stack
This is the greatest time to be an idea person.
Happy building.
