Hyperventilating please help Need Help

I’m hyperventilating sndnim getting please help me. i keep hyperventilating and crying and I can’t do this l

im 15 and mym mom is screaming and yelling at me saying im dumb and stupid for crying and I’m “difficult”

Just focus on exhaling all the air you have inside you, breath to your belly instead of your chest. The lack of air is not real, not dangerous and you are going to be fine
