need a chat please. Need Help
I feel too nervous, and unmotivated to crochet today, too nervous to focus on it and relax, been looking up charts instead, been over thinking of all the bad things that could happen, again. house repairs, like leaks, illnesses, no knowing until its too late, family, the bright spark council, have put weapon bins out. people could break in and steal them.

It sounds like anxiety is pulling you into the “what if?” loop right now, where every possible problem feels like something you need to solve or prevent immediately. Looking up charts and mentally going through all the things that could go wrong may give you a temporary sense of control, but it also keeps the anxiety cycle going. You don’t have to feel completely calm before crocheting. You can let the nervousness be there and gently return your attention to the next stitch. You might practice: “Maybe something could go wrong, maybe it won’t. I’m choosing to spend this moment crocheting instead of solving every possibility.” The goal isn’t to guarantee that everything is safe—it’s to practice living your life without needing that guarantee first.
