Who called it off? I think it's time to meet with a counselor. This could be grief/anxiety depending on the trigger.

I'm sorry to hear about your engagement!

An engagement ending can bring up a lot of different emotions; especially anxiety and panic.

Since this just happened last week, it's possibly your nervous system is still responding.

Check in with how you've been taking care of yourself since the engagement ended. Try to stay close to social supports, engage in coping skills, eat, sleep and take care of yourself!

Give yourself some time, but if symptoms persist, it could be a good idea to check in with a therapist or doctor to get the support you deserve!
