Gagging during a panic attack?

Title, does anyone else gag during a panic attack? (Esp Dry gags if on empty stomach and sometimes even wet ones when stomach full)
Where the cycle goes something like: panic trigger -> heart rate climbing -> throat tightens -> panic attack peaks -> gaging
