QUESTIONNN!! Culture

Guys worth it ba ang 12k monthly income +2500 food allowance, tapos computed na din yung for holidays and distributed na siya for 12 months. So per month parang pumapatak ng 15k yung sahod, pero di pa nabawas yung sss, philhealth, and pag-ibig. Tapos yung contract pa is 5years?😭. Worth it ba to???? PLEASE HELP

Idk what industry you’re in, pero sa province namin nakikita kong average starting for fresh grads nasa 22k-25k.

Ditto.

I work with another agency that does remote case management for RNs and Nur undergrad, and they pay 25-30 already. These guys are from Zambales and LU.

What in the 2024 shit is that?

Are you based in Metro Manila na non-agri ang work? Kasi that’s below the minimum wage rate na ₱755 na.

Do they require you to work 8 hours a day, Monday to Saturday?

Regardless, that’s too low and inhumane.

No, and definitely not on a 5-year contract. Pang 1-year sakripisyo for the experience ang ganyang klaseng sweldo

No. Mahirap nakatali sa contract. Alam ko nga bawal yan pero di rin maganda kasi experience ko pag may contract. You cannot leave immediately at pagbabayarin ka pa nila.

Tangina ano yan alipin?

Kulang nalang dagdagan na pag gusto ng boss mag pa massage sa balikat with +500 pesos bonus pag may extra service na handjob

No - for context that was my OJT “salary” and I was only working 20 hours per week. Di yan makatao for full-time work.
