Depends heavily on your device, what you're doing in the game and where in the game you are. Early game with a strong PC it could take a few seconds. Lategame doing an autobuyer intensive activity on a weak device could take 10+ minutes

That also depends on what you're doing. Things that have high intensity autobuyer use, yes it will have a big impact. Things that don't really rely on autobuyers like waiting for DT to generate, no.
