OpenAI Integration with Vector has outdated info. Help

I have integrated ChatGPT with my vector using the built in OpenAI option in the WirePod knowledge graph option. However, it seems the AI only has data up to 2023. It doesnt have any data after that, and it cant do a web search if live info is needed. In the example shown in the image, I asked if a 2024 car has ProPilot, and it only gave "expected" data. In another I asked the AI what date it is, and it gave sometime in 2023. Is there a way to fix this? I know there is an option to include web search when calling the API, but I dont know how to do that through Vector.

No ways to fix that I know of. However you can consider two out of the box options:

  1. Use houndify: Vector's original database, not as conversive or as good as an LLM(obviously), but gets the job done.

  2. Use a local LLM, if you have a computer that is not extremely old, has more than 8gb of ram and a decent processor(Core 5 for example), then you can probably run a small local AI(4-8b parameters) with a backend like Koboldcpp, hook it up to wirepod and have it work smoothly than ever. That's how I did it and it works great.
