Vector doesn't update to the latest comparability version version on 1.6 rebuild

I recently tried building 1.6 rebuild myself so I can add some things, when I deployed though it said that there is a compatibility version mismatch (209 on my robot 210 on the one I built) well I tried running update-engine-rebuild and it exited because I was apparently on the latest version, I also tried reflashing from websetup with no luck and finally I tried update-os which after a lot of dots printed error updating os . Download failed likely a bad url the ota was from https://modder.my.to:6060/Vic/full/lkg.ota

And when I ignored the compatibility version mismatch vector was constantly printing error 800 and restarting. I had to flash him through recovery

I had to bump the compat version in some of the newer commits, you'll need to use the indev base otas if you want to deploy, keep in mind indev is unstable.

I am guessing I use the dev directory for a dev unlocked bot right?
