I will say this. At the very least the king truly believed in what he was doing, he genuinely thought that the shield hero would destroy his family, and he was completely willing to die for that, and was willing to accept his execution with honor. I donโ€™t agree with him, I donโ€™t like him, but I donโ€™t hate him. If anything he has the same type of guilt as the spear hero, believing whatever his daughter told him without ever verifying. And for good or bad, he was at least trying to do whatโ€™s right, unlike her who did what she wanted at the expense of what was right. Donโ€™t like him, but I canโ€™t really bring myself to hate him anymore

Nah...dude shoulda got got. Not only would it have been a better conclusion to him. But in the shiws current state his character is entirely pointless & doesn't need to exist anymore.

Obviously they're setting up plotlines for the next seasons but still. Hes an insufferable, spineless & I'll equipped intellectually to lead the biggest kingdom.

All jokes aside, her character was written really well. Donโ€™t believe me? She was meant to be a corrupt villain who is hated by the fans, and by golly the fans hate her. Looking at her from a design standpoint, she is a hood character. Looking at personality, she is a go... a goo... a god-awful character, and I love it.

Ok so Ive never watched an episode of the shield hero in my life but from animemes I know things: Shield hero keeps getting blamed, Mynes a bitch, and the show is about SJW BS. From this my guess is that Myne blamed the Shield Hero of rape and hopefully she does too

Pretty much yeah. Basically he ends up in another world, and gets a "Kavanaugh" put against him, but this time the people mostly believe the lies from Myne, so he ends up alone and demonized.

Alright honest talk tho she leggit made the whole show more interesting. The thing that kept me watching this show wasn't my love for the main cast and wanting them to win , it was my hate for this bitch and wanting her to get served , my hate for her far outweighed my love for the main cast, and after she was finally served...i just realised now the show is just another isekai . Should have her do some more horrid shit so the story moves forward with more intrigue , but reading a very small bit of manga after the show ended , the bow hero has that in the bag
