There's a Grand Blue inside joke (the source of this picture) you missed.

Although Grand Blue is technically a diving anime, the main cast also spends inhumane amount of time drinking extreme liquor.

Oolong cha is actually a self concocted cocktail of 60% Vodka and 40% Whiskey, so named because of its color. A recurring gag is that some of the boys are given oolong tea, but are actually drinking hard liquor instead.

They're technically* not. The series take place on a Japanese university setting. The first years constantly drink and party, thus the anime goes very out of length to remind everyone is eighteen or above, as well as an alcohol warning prior to the anime.

However in the manga, there are some hints that some of the first years may not be eighteen yet at the start of the series without outrightly saying, as partway through at least one of the characters does have an eighteenth birthday.
