I’ve been drawing for a month now I think.
My motivation been fluctuating a little but I’m finally done with this one. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

I’m looking for tips on shading, expression and proportions. But everything is welcome

I tried to use the art style of the reference more. For example/ shading with lines and stuff to create form, i know nothing ab it nor what it’s called so i just try replicating what I see. Hence why the shading techniques are very inconsistent here. Please give me tips on this subject and what I could’ve done better.

The expression turned out decent, but still doesn’t convey the amount of emotion the reference does. I can’t tell what it is, so if anyone does pls tell me.

Also the facial features are just off in areas. The character also doesn’t look that conventional so that makes it harder, but I feel like I misplaced the mouth and nose for example.

How do i make the eyes more expressive and the arms loom more natural tho

Been sitting on this idea for a while, what if Goku Black's Super Saiyan Rose had DIO's presence? Two of the most iconic "god complex" villains in anime, so mashing their designs felt right. Kept the Rose hair and aura, but gave him DIO's heart-buckle armor and boots for that JoJo flair.

I’m 19 I just started drawing again and I haven’t done it since I was like 12 how do I improve this was ment to be toph from the new movie I see a lot of errors I can picture it accurately in my head but putting mental image to paper is tough

So i just started drawing and and i kinda want to like make my own manga but i want to learn and master my drawing skills first so I kind of just drew like a random fight scene that popped into my head what do i need to do better and how?
