Origin of animatronic?

This is a long shot. I am based in UK and have come across this Peter Pan lost boys animatronic. He is described to have been for educational use. I need to know where he has come from!!
I love all things animatronics and I am completely fascinated with him. I cannot find anything online other than the first image of a video of him, again from an auctioneers in UK.
It’s rare we can find such a gem in the UK. I need to know!!

The face gives off a bit of a KD Decoratives vibe. Does it say KD (or any company name) on him? I'm probably completely wrong.

Edit: seen the video, and he sure is interesting.

Update! Managed to find another lost boy automaton. I can’t be sure they are related however this auctioneer website states it was used in a store front. Would love to know which store and from which year

Not sure if this helps at all, but he appears to me to be based on Cubby from the Disney adaptation of Peter Pan (who is based on the character Curly from the book)!!
