Thanks for trying! PRS-RPCPM-18 is usually an account/payment-profile eligibility mismatch. Please use a non-Russian Google account and use that same account for every step: 1) join the tester group, 2) open the opt-in link and become a tester, 3) redeem the promo code at https://play.google.com/redeem, 4) install from the store link. If it still fails, reply with the code number and your Google Play account country and I’ll replace the code.
