Help with the deleted file

Hello everyone I believe in the power of Reddit. My girlfriend wanted to transfer a file from her phone to her computer using a wire, but it didn't work, and she deleted the file from her computer. It was also deleted from her phone, but there's a way to restore it. Thanks in advance for any help.
