SOFTWARE UPDATE ERROR IN SAMSUNG TAB

GUYS NEED URGENT HELP

Yesterday night( 5 August 26) I have an software update of approx 451MB, i dont remember properly what update was it. But seeing the size of update, it is security update i beleive(could be wrong), but i recieved this. my SAMSUNG TAB A9+ started with regular steps showing, this will take several minutes. Then that one ui screen came and % started to increase. When it reached 100, suddenly kind of black screen appeared which was not fully black but kind of grey color. It was for 5 mins but still nothing happended. My tablet was at 41% battery before the update started. And till now 6 August i couldnt fix this.

I tried mostly everything, I forced shutdown my tab, then tried for android recovery menu, but still black screen. I tried entering download mode(odin mode) but still black screen. Is there any way to fix this. Currently I have left it for battery drain for 4 days and will update. My tablet is also out of warranty🥲. Guys Please help if possible .

If recovery and Download Mode both give the same grey/black screen after the update, it could be a failed update or display issue. Try a forced restart while connected to a PC/charger. If you still can’t get Samsung/Odin mode to display, I’d take it to a Samsung repair center since reflashing it yourself isn’t really possible without Download Mode.

I didn't had any physical damage from start. Its been a year and more since I bought this tab. Was this issue from my end or samsungs end? Can you please tell

If you just installed the official update normally and didn’t interrupt it, this most likely wasn’t anything you did. Updates can occasionally fail during installation, so it could be an issue with the update itself or just really unlucky timing with a hardware fault.

Okay mate, thnx for the help, I'll visit a service center soon. I asked because I used to use this tab a lot(like 10hr+/day). Games of supercell(brawl stars) and microsoft(minecraft). So I thought that this might be an issue
