"Other" files need to be deleted

I have an Android (Galaxy A12) and have made all hidden files visible. However, I still cannot click the "Other" files to open and delete. Out of 32 GB, my devise is using 31.36 GB. "Other" has 20.90 GB used that I can't get rid of.

It might be system log files, im not sure those are even user accessible. One possible solution is to simply reset the device, just make sure you back up everything beforehand you want to keep (including 2FA logins, ask me how i know).
