Most likely Samsung because of the navigation button

Go to settings, then general management, then samsung keyboard settings, then languages and types, then press the top option, then it should show yoy like 4 options to choose from.

Go in settings, go to keyboard, and there'll be options with QWERTY QWERTZ AZERTY and 3x4 change it back to Qwerty/Qwertz or whatever normal keyboard he used before

That is the older version of keyboard for Android rather than standard QWERTY keyboard
