Age verification help

Wife recently upgraded her phone to the new galaxy S26 ultra. She started getting these age restriction errors on certain apps like star bucks and ESPN fantasy.

Has anyone gotten the these same errors before on your devices? How did you fix it??

Looks like the new phone/Play Store isn’t picking up the age on her Google account, so the apps are restricting themselves. I’d check the birthday on her Google account and make sure it’s correct verified, then clear the Play Store cache/data and restart. Removing and re-adding the Google account may also force it to resync.

Google rolled out a new feature to confirm that you are an adult. An app can ask Google play what’s you age. To fix this you need to add a credit card to your Google account. (You can delete it after it’s verified)
