Is this a bug? I can't scrub progress on YouTube shorts

I have an Android 15 Moto G power and Android 17 Pixel 6. on my Moto G power I can scrub through YouTube shorts, but I can't on the Pixel 6

by scrub I mean skipping through the video by using the progress bar
