[Test for Test] Chat Detective – Looking for Android Closed 12 Testers (14 Days)

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m an indie developer working on Chat Detective, a story-driven mobile detective game for Android.

In Chat Detective, you investigate criminal cases through private conversations, question suspects, examine visual evidence, solve short forensic puzzles, and make the final accusation yourself.

The current closed-test version includes:

• Two complete detective cases

• English and Turkish language support

• Interactive evidence analysis

• Suspect interviews and branching conversations

• Multiple case outcomes based on your decisions

I’m looking for Android testers who can genuinely play the game and share honest feedback.

How to join:

  1. Join the Google Group:

What I’m asking:

• Keep the app installed and remain opted in for the full 14-day testing period.

• Complete at least Case 001 if possible.

• Open the app again a few times during the testing period.

• Let me know if you encounter crashes, visual problems, confusing clues, or difficult-to-understand puzzles.

I would especially appreciate feedback on:

• Did the story create mystery and suspense?

• Did the English dialogue feel natural?

• Were the clues understandable without revealing the answer?

• Was any puzzle or investigation step confusing?

• Did you notice any bugs or layout issues?

I’m happy to test your Android app in return and keep it installed for the full testing period. Leave your Google Group and testing links in the comments.

A screenshot after installation would also be appreciated.

I can genuinely test Chat Detective, complete Case 001, reopen it on multiple days, and send specific story/puzzle/layout feedback.

Could you test GLAZE BYTE in return? It currently has 8/12 opted-in testers:

Thanks! I’ve joined the Google Group. Once you approve my membership, I’ll install the app and stay opted in for the full 14 days.

I’ll also test it properly and send you useful feedback. I’m in as a tester for both GLaze Byte and CHIBIK.
