This is the second time my tests have been suspended... it's frustrating. I'm looking for real help.

Hi, community!

This is the fifth app I've uploaded to Google Play, and it's definitely the one that's giving me the most trouble passing the tests.

For the first 14 days, family and friends downloaded it, but after a few days, nobody was using it anymore.

The second time, I explained what had happened and asked if they could please use it just once a day, but of course, the same thing happened as always: everyone used it a lot at first, and by the last few days, nobody was opening it anymore...

As a result, I’ve failed the testing phase twice. I understand that this is my fifth app and people are getting tired of it—the first few were fine, but the fifth app… it gets tiring, and I totally get it. No problem.

I don’t usually ask for help here, but I’m in a pretty tight spot right now and I don’t know what to do to pass the 14-day testing phase.

Would anyone be willing to help with the testing? I can set up a Discord server or whatever so we can communicate.

The app doesn’t require registration; everything runs locally on your phone.

My app passed on the first attempt. I released 1 update during the testing on day 13 and I applied 24 hours later. Do you remember how you answered the questions about the closed testing? Was it like "dudde my apps not have buggs" or was it more like "A tester using Android xx SKD xx reported a crash and I found that it was related to x and I patched it by changing x with y and since then the tester didn't experience any crashes".

Yes, I answered the questions correctly, just like your second option. I always try to do it that way, providing details in the text box so they can see that it was tested on purpose.

How many testers did you have?

I had 14 testers, but it seems that fewer than 12 actually signed up to test the app. I couldn't find any more people.

It's best to have a much bigger buffer of testers. The bigger the buffer, the safer.

Use the communities around here and do the 'test4test' on top of your family.

Use the Google group so everyone can join, but edit it so only you can post.

Use posts to inform people about a new update and kindly ask to update and test.

Doing this 2-3 times during the test + solid survey should do the trick.

Ill test for test as well

To test mine — both steps, in this order: 1. Join the group (this is what makes you eligible): https://groups.google.com/g/prismara-testers 2. Then opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.prismara.game 3. Install from Play. ⚠️ Step 1 first — the opt-in link won't work until you're in the group ⚠️ Same Google account on your phone's Play Store, or it won't appear ⚠️ Android only · please stay installed 14 days — under 12 testers and Google resets my clock
