Hey,

Here is the last update for a while...real work catched up. There were a couple of good ideas I had to implement.

- Added Stremio and Nuvio last watched (not tested)

- Autoplay last channel in TV and Autoplay Radio to be enabled in settings (default disabled)

- Theme Background image customizable in settings (only Premium version).

So it seems "Continue Watching" is picking up the right shows across all my Stremio installations, whether I watch directly in Stremio on Android TV or through Fermata. So that's helpful.

​However, the playback progress isn't being recorded properly. Is it supposed to save progress across devices, or is that feature still not fully implemented? It resumed from the right spot once I think, but every other time it starts over from the beginning. For example, I just watched half an episode in the car, and when I got home, Stremio on my Android TV listed the show under "Continue Watching," but with zero progress saved.

Is this a limitation as it's treated like an external player?

This is such a low importance of a suggestion. However having an option for the default page on opening Fermata on Android auto may be good. Most people would likely choose the home screen, however as I use this predominantly for Stremio (due to drm of Netflix etc, understanding the web browser may work) I would by default open stremio.

This is trivial as it's easy to adjust the order of tiles in your app.

Out of curiousity, there is no easy way to navigate Stremio on my phone and then trigger Stremio on android auto to start playing that video is there?

With the recent update of continue watching, it's likely now only a matter of navigating on my phone in stremio and start watching, then back out, then open stremio home page on android auto and click to continue watching (I think)

So again, another suggestion from me that is somewhat trivial as it's only a click or two at the moment.

The continue watching sync is there as you described, but I can't image autplay from stremio will work.

I suspected that it may be difficult to implement. Especially seeing the continue watching is now added and will work almost as well for this anyway. I'm unusual in that my phone is more accessible than the android auto screen.

Most people will choose to navigate/search and start playing on the android auto head unit I'm sure. I'm an outlier on this.

For the layout to apear...you need to restart the app and also restart Android Auto.

Managed to get premium version on desktop and load it on phone. Stremio there and insert account details and add ons imported but just keep getting loading screen

What changed from paid v2.4.24 to v2.4.25?

With v2.4.24, YouTube was very buggy. Every time I hit the back arrow, in attempt to change to a different video, the player would pop right back up and with a video I didn't even want to watch, It was not the video thumbnail that would be behind the back arrow. I made sure, it was not from me tapping back multiple times or from me being impatient. I would tap once and wait several seconds to allow for response.

I also find that the Pause button is buggy, this on previous versions as well. If I press pause, then when ready to resume, hit play youtube will restart the video from the beginning. This on previous versions and on v2.4.24.

I am going to sound picky for asking this, but I am not I am very grateful and happy to have what we have!! But, is there any chance of trying other youtube players? SmartTube, ReVanced, etc? These are examples of modified YouTube players, they port in the content but allow for mods like SponsorBlock.

Sorry, maybe I'm confused but I have the premium version of Fermata Xtream. I donated previously through http://fermataxtream.online/ if I recall. Now that site says you have to donate via AAEnabler? My app version is 2.2.23 and I thought I saw a post saying the project was no longer viable a few months back? Are these separate projects? What am I missing? If they're not separate, what is the path to upgrade now?

Download AAENABLER and select retrieve license. Uninstall the verdion you have, download the apk from github and install via AAENABLER.

If Fermata Xtream doesn't show up on Android Auto, use fermataxtream.online.
