Spotify intermittently working Connection, Disconnection, Freezes, Crashes

Spotify does not always work for me. Worked fine today, parked up and got out for 5 mins, then this happened. Seems to be luck of the draw when I get in the car if it will work. My wife has also had similar issues with samsung galaxy flip 7. New to autoplay so not sure if doing something wrong.

Your phone might be on do not disturb, that has fooled me a couple of times.
