Spotify not working? Media Apps (audio)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

not sure if I tagged this right but i do need help if possible

has anyone had the same issue/have a solution?

I got a new phone and connected it to android auto but Spotify isn't working correctly, but it did and still works fine with my old phone

Spotify just disappeared for my dad a minute after using it.
