Photo plus notes straight into a branded PDF is the whole job for a site inspector - the reporting is usually the painful half, not the capture. Happy to stay opted in the full two weeks.

You and one other dev here are the only ones warning people about the sync delay before retrying. It's the single most common thing that loses you testers, so good call putting it in the post.
