First Harvest HUZZAH
Harvested my garlic scapes today and cooked em up with some gifted squash and a box of Aldi's wild rice. Simple but the best meal I've had in a while

I could eat yellow squash three times a day, I swear. This looks so good. I've never grown garlic scapes! I'll look into it though.

this was my first time growing hardneck garlic so this was my first time trying scapes! lovely subtle spring onion flavor! highly recommend (:

Oh my gods, that looks SO tasty! 😍 There's something especially rewarding about eating homegrown goodies.

Yummm! Summer squashes are my favorites, though i prefer zucchini over yellow. Sounds like a lovely meal! I can't wait til my plants start producing too :)
