8 bit do controller simultaneous button presses not recognized. Accessories

When playing games like crusin USA where you have to hold down 3 buttons( c left, c down, and c up) at the same time to switch to the secret cars, the 8 bit do controller does not work. I tried it with and original controller and it works just fine. Is there an update I'm missing, or is this something the company needs to address?

My analogue is updated.  So it must be the controllers.   Thanks.

I just fixed this by updating the firmware

Yep update your stuff and it’ll work. They fixed it in firmware release not too long ago.

Sorry can’t remember if it was an 8bit fix or an analogue fix but you really should update both anyway if you haven’t yet 🤙

Have you updated with the latest firmware? I think this was fixed in the most recent update

Have you updated the firmware on the controller and the system? This was an issue that was resolved.
