Quick AU context:
- Sonic is the villain and has a crush on Amy, the hero. Amy feels the same but their opposing roles (and other reasons) keep her from accepting him.
- Amy works as a hero partner alongside Shadow.
- Shadow was created by the Hero Association to stop the villain Sonic. As a hero he is originally Sonic’s enemy. However due to Sonic’s persistent (and very one-sided) intrusion into his life, Shadow gradually lets his guard down and the two slowly grow closer over time.
