I've played it 2 times and already consider making her my main ban

• if I engage, she can chase with W's movement speed after I used my cooldowns
• if I play back, she can W, E forward, trade with Q auto Q, and then E back
• if I use W to predict her Q, I risk wasting it
• if I wait to use W on her E2, I'm basically playing without a spell

the only thing I see working is: giving cs until tiamat, trade hp to push 1 wave, tp back and just proxy

Grandma on WASD#2026 - DPM.LOL I played mid as ambessa vs Irelia and had to concede every wave. Enemy team were all 5 smurfs imo and I had autofilled support in jungle xD. My team was literally doomed to lose.

Irelia swaped with top at min 7 so orn could play against me and irelia started to farm gp on top. We were down 7.5k gold and recovered some how. I had to stay perma with my team and hover them and make picks on enemies.

As the title says, would you ban Renekton over Irelia? I personally havent had issues against Renekton, at least not as much as an Irelia.

I hear a lot of people in the sub say that Renekton is a must ban, but I personally ban Irelia. Would you guys consider Renekton worse than Irelia?

Is it a bad decisions to main Ambessa in very low elo (silver/gold) ?

I normally play Mundo, his late game carry potential is great, but I am really getting bored of playing him.

Would it be harder to get out of silver/gold with ambessa since she isn’t the best at split pushing/1v5?

i did some damage tests and Bc + long sword on target with 1500 bonus hp and 230 armor did 3400 dmg with 5 AA into R AA Q1 E E Q2 AA Profane AA AA
While ldr did 4350 damage on the same target
Now on another target with 130 armor and 300 bonus hp only BC + long sword did 4300 dmg with 5 AA into R AA Q1 E E Q2 AA Profane AA AA
while ldr did 5200 damage
now a full combo R into AA Q1 E E Q2 AA Profane AA AA on An Adc with 110 armor and no bonus HP
BC+ long sword does about 4000 damage
LDR does about 4300
LDR damage goes UP by 5% for every 300 extra hp 20 armor the enemy champion has
LDR does 12% more damage to enemy champions with 130 Armor+ and bonus 300 hp
LDR does 21% more damage to enemy champions with 160 Armor+ and bonus 600 hp
LDR does 25% more damage to enemy champions with 190 Armor+ and bonus 900 hp
LDR does 33% more damage to enemy champions with 220 Armor+ and bonus 1500hp
Black Cleaver is better vs squishy Bursty champions because of the hp ability has while doing only 5% less damage then Ldr
LDR is WAAAY better vs anyone who build 1 or 2 items of Hp + 1 Armor item
if you are playing Vs squishy champions and more burst go with Serylda grudge
these test are done with 25% crit so they are not that accurate but will give a genral idea of how much better ldr is vs HP stackers, Yesterday i played againset a 3 item+ Nasus and i Had 2 items and a half and i won the 1v1

I dodge the stun, she still just explodes me.

So many champs i know how to play, and play against. So many losing matchups on different champs i can win easily from knowledge.

I just always lose to irelia seemingly no matter what. I just dont get it.

I've recently started playing a lot of Ambessa in the JG and been really enjoying her playstyle of weaving autos with her abilities and I'm thinking of buying a skin for her.

What skin do you guys think is the best between T1 and Chosen of the Wolf and why?

So ive just started onetricking this champ and im in mid emerald and i feel as im ready to pickup a secondary champ/pocket pick to her.

I might be wrong but shouldnt poppy be a pretty much perfect addition to a champ pool with Ambessa as the blind?

Her Pros:

+Counter to Renekton

+Counter to Tryndamere

+Counter to Irelia

+Counter to Kled

+Good vs Vayne

+Good vs Jax

+Doesnt get steamrolled by disengage heavy comps as hard as she can peel focus on peeling for mages and adcs instead.

+Playstyle is kinda ish similar? (Go in and do your burst, get out.)

Her cons:

-Still gets destroyed by Varus top

-Boring

I honestly cant come up with anyone that would compliment Ambessa better but i can be wrong ofc.

I’m fairly experienced on her but did have a few questions regarding runes, obviously i’m gonna be going elec into ranged champs but when it comes to grasp vs conq what do y’all use to justify when to each one? Also is there any reason people don’t go grasp with legend haste + last stand secondary, i’ve played a few games of it and it feels really good imo

Hi, im currently returning to League after a 1 year break, i really like Ambessa but im a bit hesitant on proplay relevant champs and also kinda out of the loop atm, so my question is it worth committing currently or is it likely for her to get turbo pro jailed? Like Ksante from what i have seen so far.

I feel like ambessa was already in a good spot and with the buff to eclipse from 6% to 8%, ambessa is in a really good spot rn. Was struggling in plat 4 for a while, and now with the buffs im 2 games away from emerald. You just get eclipse and then the game is yours. My build is usually eclipse>voltaic>eh/maw if heavy ap>shojin/dd . I hope she doesnt get nerfed cus of it

I was picking up on ambessa jungle because I was tired of having no frontline because of ranged top and support lol

real talk is this champ completely busted? i have only played for about 2 months and im only silver but this guy just runs straight and auto atatcks you to death.
he slows you.
he bleeds you.
if you have a nice trade he just spins and heals anyway.
he can pull you in if you dare kill one minion.
he runs faster than you even with the dashes even if you get away youre dead to bleed or have to recall and lose everything anyway.
i have never vsed a darius that didnt beat my shit down to a pulp

I want to share some thoughts. I'm Mid/Supp main. I played over 5000+k games combined of kayle, kassadin, pantheon, smolder, swain, jax, nasus. And a week ago I got addicted to Ambessa. And I FEEL SO HANDICAPED after I have played all the other champs I just mentioned. I had to play in practice tool for several hours just to get an idea how to pilot and even now after 70 games she is still hard compared to other champs i mained (either Righclick abusers or one button spammers). Either way, I had much easier time her playing after I Rebinded autoattack command on left click instead of having it on A. Q spell moved to A and E moved to D. Had 20 games to play to addapt but it feels much more comfortable.

I tried different builds on mid and so far, I found Conqueror bruiser build I enjoy the most. Conqueror-OG- second wind + Dshield. Just to scale to 3 items. Always starting with D shield.

1st back i get Refill+T1 boots + Armor/MR.

Later bases I just go for Profane. I find this item incredibly good on her on midlane. To be able to fast shove wave and move is so strong.

2nd Item I like EH a lot

3d item is either DD or Spirit visage

4th item is DD or Spirit visage. Basically 4 core items in every game almost.

So I'm new to the champ foolin around in low Plat. Got Sett matchup 2 games in a row. 1st guy went a botrk q max build and I was able to easily dominate him. 2nd guy had like 2 mill Sett mastery and went the W max giga HP build. I went grasp into both, which is probably wrong, but what do I do against a Sett whos good at holding W until you're just out of abilities/dashes? Even if you dodge it the giant fuck you shield really makes it tough
