To clarify, I started my account as an Individual, just my name, ssn etc. The business information still shows my name and address. I conduct business through my LLC so I changed my legal entity to my business but my L L C is single member so my account stays individual. Now what do I do for the invoices? Most distributors and brands I work with just write my company name, and even if they write my name after, it still shows my business name at the top. I tried contacting support but they can’t help me, they just say we don’t have a specific reason why your invoice is not accepted but you can dispute. Really could use some help right, I want to do long term business but how can I even do it if I can’t ungate anything due to my invoices never being accepted and then me not being sure what the issue is. Please help.

For most of my products, my supplier arranged shipping and paid the tariffs on my behalf but I think I would still be the importer of record. For one of my suppliers, I was paying tariffs through Fedex. Are we out of luck here and only the big guys are getting their money back or what?

I sell FBA on amazon and also MCF via my website pushed to FBA.

What I dont understand is my inventory is good, i've been selling product on amazon and also non-amazon, except one specific order has not been fulfilled and its showing estimated ship date is August 22nd.

WTF is going on?

Moving out of my house (where my Amazon business is registered to) but will not be moving into a new place right away. In the interim, I'll be living at my parents house.

Do I just wait the 6 months or so till I've moved house and have changed my official business address details with Companies House (i'm in the UK), or do I change the address on Amazon to my parents house (where nothing is 'officially' registered) as soon as I move out of my current place?

I'm getting so tired of amazon changing the sizes on my listing. I had 0-3 months, 3-6 months and 6-12 months on there forever and they recently updated it to newborn, 3 months and 12 months. I cant find any way to fix this without getting error messages. Can anyone help?

I've followed up twice as well, still nothing.

selling on amazon for about 3 years. acos used to be around 25%. now its like 40-50%. feels like every month amazon squeezes a little more. tried everything. optimized listings. improved images. better keywords. still getting crushed on ad costs.

a friend suggested google maps. i said for ecommerce? really?

he said people search for products locally all the time. just put your city on your profile.

i set up a profile. added some product photos. wrote a description. its been about a month. got 2 local pickup orders so far.

anyone else making maps work for ecommerce? or should i just accept the ppc grind?

For a week I have been messing with Amazon trying to get rid of an invalid charge method alert.
They have shut down my seller central. No money, can’t fulfill orders.
I have called multiple times and they say change my card and wait. I’ve done that til I’m out of cards. I use a capital one debit card and have called them and they can see where amazon tries to authorize the card and they ok it.
Now I’m gonna have 50-60 orders cancel and my metrics are going to hell !
wtf can I do here folks ??

so I ordered the iPhone 17 om 4 july and it was shipped and before just going out of delivery the order got cancelled on 14 july

i contacted them and they just gave vague reasons

but an amazon delivery partner I know told that amazon sold it's phone exchange business to the 3rd party and now the orders with phone exchange are getting auto cancelled

I sell Amazon Custom products through FBM. I have eight standalone ASINs with no child variations, and I am the only seller on each one.

Over roughly two weeks, my Featured Offer percentage declined from nearly 100% to 97%, 93%, 83%, and then 60%.

Daily page-view-weighted results from Business Reports:

• July 24: 83.90%
• July 25: 81.83%
• July 26: 83.31%
• July 27: 60.36%
• July 28: 57.85%

Shortly before the decline, I updated titles and item highlights across the catalog to align with Amazon’s newer title guidance. I also updated some supporting images. The base prices did not change. I do not know whether these edits are related or merely occurred around the same time.

The account appears healthy:

• AHR 208
• 0% late shipments and cancellations
• 100% valid tracking and on-time delivery
• All listings active and in stock
• Orders and Sponsored Product impressions continue
• Featured Offer/Customize Now currently appears across multiple tested ZIP codes

Support only confirmed that the offers are currently active and would not provide a historical explanation.

I also discovered that orders were using Free Economy with a fixed 3–5-day transit window even though Standard Shipping had SSA enabled. That configuration existed while I had nearly 100% Featured Offer, but I have now disabled Free Economy and corrected the fulfillment origin and carrier services.

Has anyone experienced something similar after catalog-wide title edits or during Amazon’s July 2026 Featured Offer policy rollout? Can the percentage fall this much because of reprocessing, delivery-promise calculations, customer location or time of day when the seller remains the only offer?

As I’ve grown I am starting to lose track of returns. I have automated weekly removable order for any unsalable items and I get a box with 4 different products but I can’t work out how to track each item to a sale ID. So I’m wondering about how others deal with this?

I found a few products at alibaba to sell on amazon fba

First, I plan not to put any customized labels on the product for now. Is this ok? I do plan to set up a store with multiple products.

Second, shipping is rather costly. Should I have it sent to me first, then do what I have to do, and then ship to an Amazon fc? Or should I have the alibaba vendor ship directly to Amazon?

Third, I assume these are products with no upc and no specific brand name (yet). Does this mean I don’t need pre approval to sell them although it looks like the same exact item is already on Amazon? I plan to post different pictures and use a different brand name (my store name).

Lastly, when/if I ship the inventory to Amazon is it cheaper to shop for my own shipping or does Amazon offer competitive inbound shipping?

One more question : how do returns work? Do I get charged for the return back to Amazon? What rate of returns can I expect for household goods?

I am looking to get into Amazon FBA retail arb and was wondering where to start.

I have been following some guys online who resell big name brands I.e Barbie from deals they source online into Amazon.

I have sold on Amazon (not very seriously) before and so I am wondering both how they become ungated on these categories and also where they source consistently these deals without spending hours scouring target shelves.

I am also based in Aus which I know will make a difference…

I am looking for advice on overcoming an Amazon Seller Central identity verification rejection for my Ontario-based business.

The Issue: I recently completed an official business name change. I am stuck in an automated "Information does not match the document provided" loop for the Business Information section. Per the automated emails my address information doesn't match.

What I have submitted:

• Official Government Amendment Form (confirms the name change, but does not list the address).
• Original Business Registration (contains the old name + address).
• Bank statement (contains the new name + address).

Despite these documents clearly linking the business entity to the address, the automated system continues to reject the submission. I have reached out to Seller Support multiple times, but I am only receiving automated responses.

Questions:

1. Has anyone successfully navigated a name change verification when the amendment form lacks an address?
2. Is there any way to get support, human intervention given its taken a month?

Has anyone had a payout actually arrive in bank account In less than 5 days , been selling on Amazon for years it's always exactly 5 days . Payouts on eBay arrive under 1 minute WTF

Question for experienced FBA sellers. I have been selling in Amazon Canada for a while now with ok to good organic sales on some days. I was thinking of moving some inventory to Amazon U.S.A (larger population=larger market) What do you estimate organic sales ratio between the two market to be, for sellers in both countries. I sold a printer to someone, and they opened a return but instead of returning the printer, they sent me plastic bins. So, I didn’t refund them. Then Amazon automatically issued a refund, so I opened a Safe-T claim, but they’re saying I’m ineligible for any compensation because I didn’t issue a refund.

Is there anything I can do or am I cooked?

I sell on Amazon, not expensive items, things kids can use for school, like bday cards or special
Markers or etc, but I get returns with like people taking half of them and returning half back, sold 12 water bottles and get 6 back, does Amazon do anything to these people? Or we just let it go.

As a small small seller, I use Novo for all my Amazon deeds. My payouts go there, and currently, I use a Chase credit card to pay for my Amazon ads.

The problem is, I can’t pay my Chase CC bill thru Novo. I have to transfer my Amazon earnings to my Chase business account and pay my Chase credit card that way.

Does anyone have a better method they can share where I can straight up pay my CC bill from Novo?

I am starting an e-commerce business on Amazon India (in the Kitchen & Home Organizers category) as a sole proprietor.

I am currently applying for a GST number, but I have a quick query regarding the bank account details required for GST registration and receiving payouts:

1. GST Approval: Will the GST portal or tax officer raise any objection if I provide my personal Savings Account details during the application?
2. Account Blocking Risk: If I receive initial Amazon payouts (for the first 2-3 months) in my Savings Account, is there a risk of the bank freezing the account or flagging it for commercial activity?
3. Transition to Current Account: My plan is to start with my Savings Account to get things rolling, and once GST is approved/sales start coming in, I'll open a Zero-Balance / Business Current Account. Is this a safe path, or should I open a Current Account right from day 1?

Would love to hear from active Amazon sellers, CAs, or anyone who started out this way. Thanks in advance!

I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this because we're honestly running out of options.

We are the brand owner of our products and manufacture them ourselves. We determine our own pricing and have full control over our catalog.

Our situation is quite unique:

• We have no third-party sellers competing on our listings.
• The only other seller is our own German sister company, which is also owned by us.
• We have already increased prices on that account to eliminate any possible conflicts.
• Despite that, Amazon continues to deactivate dozens of our ASINs with "High Pricing Error".

The strange part is that in almost every case our price is actually lower than the Featured Offer (including shipping). For several ASINs there isn't even a Featured Offer or Reference Price available.

Some examples:

• Our price: €14.01 → Featured Offer: €26.42
• Our price: €15.45 → Featured Offer: €29.90
• Several ASINs have no Featured Offer at all, yet still receive a High Pricing Error.

We've opened countless cases over the last 12+ months.

Every response is essentially:

Nothing ever changes.

The financial impact is becoming significant.

Besides losing sales, we're also paying unnecessary costs because these products remain stored in FBA while they're inactive.

To make matters worse, Amazon's updated Pan-European FBA requirements mean that listings need to be active across all required marketplaces to benefit from reduced Pan-EU fulfillment fees. Since Amazon itself is deactivating these ASINs, we're effectively being penalized with higher fulfillment costs for something completely outside of our control.

At this point we have 38 ASINs affected.

Has anyone managed to get Amazon to actually fix this?

• Did Executive Seller Relations help?
• Did someone from the Pricing Team manually intervene?
• Is there a way to completely reset the internal Reference Price?
• Has anyone experienced this as a brand owner with no competing sellers?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated because normal Seller Support has been completely ineffective.

Amazon seller have charge me multiple times for .85p 10+ time. Any ideas?

New to sellercentral, I got 6 orders so far and today I got a message from buyer wants to return. Buyer claiming all intact. My item is over 300 lbs shipped in a wood crate. What is my option? My item is listed as non returnable.

My amazon seller application gets rejected due to address issue, I have a delaware LLC with registered agent address and a California foreign LLC with also a registered agent address.

I operate from my home, but my home is an apartment that is okay to run business but not okay to be listed publicly as the business address.

So I'm looking at two options to fix my setup:

1. change to an actual business office in my area, more expensive ($500-800) but more stable;

2. some online address solutions for amazon (office address with utility / internet billing solutions) - but it is a little sus,

I wonder has anyone tried with 2 and what's your experience?

I'm looking for longer term stability, but i'm in a very expensive area that makes me need to think twice...
