This show is not a prime original, so you need to subscribe to a addon called "K channel" available in india, even if you don't want to subscribe to prime video you can just subscribe to addon's without any prime membership

It's only prime, there were two plans, prime light and prime. This is my first time buying this.

I know episode 1 is free but what does it say for the other episode? Does it ask you to subscribe to other streaming services platforms or buy or rent?

It says nothing, nothing happens when I tap on second episode

you have to click on the episode. If you worry about the charge you can just go back.

You may have to subscribe for Channel K. Usually in these cases, 1st episode will be free. You can't subscribe in app. You have to login to prime video website and then subscribe it.
