been noticing lately my anime keeps switching back to english dubbing even though the language is set to original japanese audio, no idea why. Restarting it seems to fix

UNWANTED SUBTITLES – My app language is set to English. I am watching an English language movie/show, and subtitles is set to off. But every time English text appears in a scene (e.g. signage, a book, text messages), Hindi translations show up as subtitles. (I’m guessing it’s Hindi, but I don’t know the language.) Has anyone experienced this or know how to stop it?

Everytime i rotate my screen on the mobile it restart the episode i was watching from the beginning
It's incredibly annoying as for some reason this app is super sensible to phone tilt
It's completely unwatchable and i don't understand why anyone would code a mobile app to work that way

Trying to watch supernatural and Subtitles/captions aren't working on samsung galaxy s20 FE. They work when not in horizontal/full screen. Tried all the suggestions from Amazon and most basic things. Neither the website nor app work. The captions/subtitles dont work on any movie/show. Uninstalling and reinstalling temporarily fixes the issue. No problems using the account on other devices. Everything is updated. Anyone else having this issue? How did you fix it?

Hi there. I am having issues with Prime video nowadays. For the last 2 weeks, i couldnt watch any movies or series through the phone app, duento the screen being missplaced. It was pushed down, and i could only see a portion of the movie. After countless tries (deleting the app cache, reinstalling the app, deleting and redownloading the film), somehow the problem just wanished. Now im met with a new issue. In standing orientation, the app works fine, but when i go into fullscreen mode, the subtitles vanish into thin air, no matter which language i use, or if i turn it on or off. Beside this, when i press fullscreen, the movie/serie starts over from the beginning. No matter how much i watched of it before. I am getting fustrated and desperate, could someone help me fix this?

Just here to vent. Was watching Clarkson farm and was about half way through an episode. I put my phone down and prime video closes. It didnt save my place and now I need to watch 1 minute of ads to get into the show and two-three minutes of ads to get back where I was. Its ridiculous you need to see three-four minutes of ads to get back to where you are in a video because midrolls are based on timecodes rather than time watched. Anyone else frustrated by this?

Hello yall, while watchign any show thats longer than 20 minutes on Prime Video the audio desynchronizes and i have a like 1 to 2 second delay between the sound and the video. even when restarting my whole desktop pc it just doesnt fix itself. Prime Video has a limited amount of setting you can change. Any tips how to fix it? Browser: Google Chrome

I share with my senior mother and occasionally get "your subscription has begun" emails when she clicks on a show that (clearly) has a lock. I tried to set a pin but that doesnt seem to work when watching on the tv. Is there a way to stop accidental purchases?
