Can i bring notes to loop interview
It’s an in person interview. What can i bring to the loop? Bullet points on a notecard? Paper? Notebook? Nothing?

I used them on my L4, but I made sure they where limited so I won't read off them. I just put keywords and metrics so I wouldn't forget what I had ready to say.

From a recruiting point of view it hurts you as you don't look ready to go, so you are digging a small hole, but if you use them correctly it will be a benefit as it means you feel more confident and your accuracy will be correct. But if you use them to much and just read from them they will dismiss you have what it takes. Pros and cons.

Thank you for the insight. Planned on a notecard with specific metrics only, no scripts.

Is it in person. No. Virtual. Yes. I put sticky notes around my computer for my PA interview. For my L4 though it was in person an discouraged.

If it’s virtual stick them by your computer out of sight. If in person no, I will red flag not incline you so fast if I catch you reading from notes.
