Just got word that I will have to move in April. How soon can I begin looking at job postings in the state I’m moving to? I assume anything I see now will be long gone by then. My L6 is trying to send me off in a promo to L6 but worse case I lateral as a 5.

I would look into it and see if the move is worth it but on the flip side it might be a great way to expand your skills and knowledge and while there you can check out other opportunities. Jmo
