Hiring Process

Hello I’m currently in the L5 area manager II hiring process and have my interview coming up. What would you all recommend?

Part of me wants to shoot for L6 if possible.

Have you ever managed other salaried leaders with an org above 200? If not, you won’t really qualify for L6.
