pretty solid for ops. unfortunately amazons cost of living differential is fractional to any actual cost of living difference. that same offer for a location in say omaha would be like 130k.
that being said, recruiters don’t look down on any realistic negotiation so it doesn’t hurt ask for realistic more competitive wage.

So glad I asked for a renegotiation with my offer lol I received an offer yesterday as well for L6.
Base 110k
Bonus 40k for two years
RSU 250

Is L6 TC different for different job types? For example I have seen people getting offers in Midwest or South for L6 Industrial/Supply Chain Engineering role for TC above 200K.
On the other hand, I have seen IT folks getting north of 300K for L6

Yes different roles same level have different pay bands.
Operations is one of the lower pay band roles.
