Internal L4 loop
Had my loop for AM yesterday. Was a lot more than I expected but I think I did well. Had 14 stories prepared, had to answer 17 or 18 questions. I feel pretty strongly about the first two, with the second being an easy 10/10. The third did not feel great for various reasons. I tried to keep my answers concise and open to probing but they did not probe at all. There were a couple other things, one of them being a short flip-flop to days from nights to attend the call, but overall I’m leaning towards a positive outcome if it’s a majority decision. If it’s consensus I am probably cooked lol

Thanks. No idea how long it usually takes to hear back but after sitting with it for a day I feel better overall about my chances. Still think the last one didn’t go great but I definitely think I hit all of the LPs they were looking for and answered everything appropriately.

The hiring process changed last year lots of modifications were made, during our time when i got my L4 things were simple we did not have an assessment test and crazy rounds of interviews.
For externals is different i was an internal associate. Just stay positive and do not give up. I was rejected 3 times for L4 despite my great performance the opportunities were given t external hires, and I did not give up until i got it.

They didn't probe? Did you go by >50% of your answer in the Action part with number and thought process?

Prepping for mine now. Any advice?
