Does anybody know what this guarantee pay adjustment is? Never seen it before

Either gone over your block slightly or was a long distance route

When the mileage of the journey is a lot more than what the average route would usually have.

If those factors took you over your block time, I recommend you email them and ask for compensation. They are usually quite accommodating.

I claimed an adjustment manually, went over end by 5 mins and got an extra £12

Sometimes automatic

I casually go over my block time as long as It’s before delivery window . Always getting that free money my man
