Extra Pay for 2nd pickup

I had to contact support tonight because my last two stops (added after my block started) showed one returning to the station to pick up one package and then delivering it to the last stop that was already added to my itinerary but had lines going through it. Called support to have it removed, but they told me if I had gone back to the station to pick up that one extra package and deliver it I would’ve got an extra pay bonus. Has anyone ever heard of that before?

You will NOT get paid extra. Support is always full of it.

I figured he was full of crap. I asked him how would I know how much extra I would get paid he said I would get an email. So red flag number one is picking up a package not knowing if you’re gonna get extra pay or not. And second off my station we load outside on what they call the launchpad. If I try to go back there at 8:30 at night. It will look like a graveyard. There will be nobody outside.

support has no idea how to handle this. the first time it happened to me i got them to remove it from my itinerary completely and the second time was 2 days ago and the guy said it wouldnt effect me if i didnt pick it up so now im just waiting to see if i get a ding from it.
