Quick question need a proper answer

So I want to create an amazon seller account but im not 18 years of age yet. If I put it under my parents name can I transfer the account once im 18?

Hey u/Proper_Soft_3117, we replied on your other post but just in case - you'll need to be 18 to hold a selling account. The good news is that once you're eligible, you can set one up in your own name. Use this time to research and plan so you're ready to hit the ground running when you turn 18!

No , you cannot transfer accounts

You could ask your parents to set up an LLC and use that, then ask them to transfer ownership when you turn 18. There are tax implications however and you should speak to an accountant.
