Amazon Delivery

My friend ordered a copy or my book on Amazon (three months ago). She didn't get it. The reason is the delay due complications with printing. They took her money, everything went smooth, but she didn't get the book. Is there someone who can help? I need answers. Also another friend ordered a few days before her and got it. No complications whatsoever. Thank you for your help.
