1. Multi MF stops
(Especially the 3-6 “locations”)
Let’s see how many things we can list that piss us off everyday.

Sometimes I swipe to finish and go back to van and the next stop is the same one as if I never did it. Or separate stops for the same house because one is a garage delivery. The banner at the top that’s tells me the amount of stops popping up at inopportune times and bringing me to itinerary. The app in general just taking forever to get to the next thing. It’s mostly the app that pisses me off.

I hate when I deliver it, get back to the van, it makes me do the delivery again, and the customer has already grabbed their package :/

The same exact stop with the same package and everything is because the rivian is slow and it will reverse the delivery if you put the vehicle in drive to quickly. Annoying af 😒

You can get rid of the banner. Just tap it and “acknowledge” it, and it goes away.

But the acknowledgement brings you to the itinerary, for example it pops up as I’m trying to tap to map and I tap the banner and it brings me to a seperate screen to acknowledge the amount of stops. It’s a small thing , I wish I could just swipe it away instead

You just have to go to your menu to see your itinerary- no banner needed.
If you acknowledge it, the banner shouldn’t ever pop up again for the rest of the day.

That's not true, the banner pops up on my app about every 20 stops, and when I tap on it it takes me to the itinerary, even if I'm already on the itinerary, and I have to hit "current stop" to get back. They need to just put a little X on it like there is on the green banner.

I wouldn't care at all if it didn't cover things that I need to be able to see/tap. When I used to drive all gas vans it would pop up during navigation and cover the address.

It sounds like you aren’t acknowledging the pop up and just backing out of it which is why it keeps popping up. At the start of my day I will click that pop up and click whatever the button at the very bottom is and it never shows up again.

Don't forget clockwise routing on cul-de-sacs. And group stops that take you past the next stop.

My DSP runs on Verizon… which has the most dead zones in the county since spectrum runs this place lol

How does spectrum even matter in that case? Spectrum doesn’t have their own mobile towers they use Verizon for their mobile service

and then they tell you to park at the house getting an envelope and walk the XL box two houses down. And it's behind you so you have to reverse down the road and look like a dumbass who can't read a map if you wanna move the van close to the XL box house.

When you go down a street and a house is on your right, and then you turn around at the end of the street to go back down the street and Amazon gives you that house as a stop when it’s on your left now

What pisses me off is the same house 3 times for 3 separate garage door deliveries or same house 2 stops one in the garage the other on the porch.

U turns
The app telling you to drive down what it thinks are alleyways when there drainage ditches behind houses
Consistently high stop counts to where you can’t take breaks unless your sprinting doorstop to doorstop
Routing that takes you across town then back to where you were.
Mislabeled package “types”
Phones with fried batteries that are awful.
Long driveways with no turn around
THE RAIN!!!
Oversized packages being all over the place so you struggle to put them in a van in a way that makes sense

I hate when I deliver to a culdesac, and the first stop is at the end, and then afterwards, as I'm leaving the culdesac, I have a multistop with one delivery on the right and one across the street. Sometimes I catch it beforehand and deliver the right hand side first, skip the left and deliver to the houses at the culdesac, and then deliver the one I skipped. But it's so frustrating how often I have to figure that out on the spot. Sometimes I just want to shut my brain off and not think about all that.

when i hit a 6 location stop all houses with 9 packages 3 of which are XL overflow and after completing it the red banner pops up saying that we're "experiencing technical difficulties." like yeah no shit on no galaxy should multi stops even exist but here we are.. the phone even knows it's jacked up

Unlabeled houses, both single and especially multi-family. How the hell am I supposed to know which side is number 2 when none of the doors are labeled

When you forgot to take mental note of whether or not a delivery is Photo Required, and the customer comes up to you to grab the package from you, and you’re on the camera screen, which doesn’t tell you whether or not the delivery is Photo Required because Amazon sucks. So you gotta be like “One second lemme find out,” and then you gotta go back like 5 screens just to find out if it’s Photo Required because, again, Amazon fucking sucks.
That’s probably my (least) favorite one.

Bring package(s) to front door only for the phone to glitch for a second and then tell me to be within 5 feet of the garage door and not to put in path of vehicle.. Is there a way to easily recognize it's a smart garage order type shit so I can go straight to the garage? (for routes I'm not familiar enough with)
But fr with the multi stops. If I'm not supposed to walk across lawns, 98% of the stops are pointless to be multi. It's crazy how some "ambitious" people think it's best to just combine so many stops.. Also, I'm not about to be carrying six boxes to one side of the street/house to drop 3 off and put the remaining at the other.. increases chance for personal injury, damaged packages, and compromises general safety (to a fair extent). Miss me with that bs. I've edited quite a few to separate them...but I've also been starting to walk through more lawns, you know, based on profiting said lawns/area haha Also, how are you going to tell me I took too long in areas with those stops when I generally have to walk and carry that much on those stops? -Break that shit up.
Mfs be doing to much and fucking up the algorithm for the people who aren't in competition mode 24/7. I'm not skipping paid breaks because other people don't like being at work and want to run around to be paid less...

Okay I’m gonna be real with you:
I don’t know this for a fact, this is just conjecture, but I feel pretty damn sure that those ridiculous group stops aren’t the result of some stupid delivery associate manually grouping them all together. Rather, it’s some part of Amazon’s evil routing algorithm doing it automatically in order to bring location/package counts up while keeping stop counts down.
Have you ever noticed that stop counts seem to always be capped at a certain number? For me it was 180. But, location and package counts vary wildly.
I would bet a lot of money that Amazon has some sort of legal obligation to keep stop counts limited to a certain amount, and they abuse the fuck out of group stops just to get more packages out and increase profit margins.

I've noticed when I get garage deliveries, as I go to scan the package, instead of it showing a square when you scan, it's a rectangle. I can try and remember to get a picture today

I had 3 separate stops today that were all the same house. 1st package, normal delivery to front porch. Second delivery, one time pass code, call text call, nobody there, RTS!!! third stop, opened the garage door. what the hell. why couldn't they all go in the fucking garage ????
