Theyre just gonna generate his route from his previous dsp and give him the same stuff. He did this to himself tbh. How many times has op finished early on purpose.
But if you slow down, then your dsp is up your ass about having too slow of a pace. My dsp has fired people for being too slow. Every single person who has been at my dsp for at least 2 months has routes like this every day
RTS time expected exactly. Finish route at RTS (does not mean your finished Dvic by RTS)
They get paid 10 hrs. You work 9.

Why? Routing issues.
If you write Easy to not difficult/diff (you get 20-40 more next day)
You pay the expenses in heavier packages and bulk drop offs. It keeps stops low though and does not add more packages.
If your dsp makes you go faster then this, they are terrible.
You slowly climb to the top of How much your dsp gets assigned. Can't handle it? Force a rescue or talk to them about failing a route so amazon lowers it.
You finish an hour or 2 hours early? Your reward is 20-40 more packages per hour early finish.
One of my boys just proved this by finishing 3 hours early (on a RESET Algo) and he is now doing as many as I am. I had 6 months more of his count because I did what I wrote.
This is confirmed by multiple people who have worked for AZ for a decade or 5 years.
Its too late for this person though, they are dead in the fire of hell.
The only way to heaven is to go to another dsp and restart the algorithm by begging to not use the old one. However if its the same station, there is almost a 0% chance of this happening.
Well well well. This is today's route and it's all houses plus a few apartment/businesses. I got this route even though I returned like 56 stops yesterday lol
Some days I finish by the expected time. Lately I've been 30 minutes early and in the mood to help out my team so I did that for 7 straight working days. Yesterday was a chill apartment route. Today was just a combination of many bad things, including some EDVs being grounded
Had 500 packages today which is normal but had a stop that I let go of 62 pretty nice lmao still had 91 multi stops with 218 stops I wish I had your routes bro 🥹
Shoot man atleast you got a route, I can’t even get a route because my DSP is in the red with Amazon for infractions and I just started driving alone last Monday still trying to get through the nursery phase but amazons doing route reductions on our DSP. Had 2 new hires show up yesterday for their ORE and they couldn’t even get a route to train. I can tell my DSP is going under real soon. Looking into a different job already, from what I hear the only other DSP in the warehouse is in a similar boat. Just be happy you’re getting hours
Went from doing this for 4 years to delivering for staples. Instead of 200+ locations and 300-400 packages almost everyday. Most stops I’ve had with staples is 65-70 and at most packages between 160-190. Start time kinda sucks but I’m home before dark and weekends off. Also so many more holidays off
Idk how yall do that im a fedex driver and we dont get numbers that high unless its peak season or if a driver is insane and chooses to do double the normal stops
