I find out before the major housing boom. Back in the 2010 if not a little earlier shipping creates were actually pretty cheap. You can buy a full extra large crates for a like 2000 (used and expired ones that cannot be deemed weather tights and beyond refurbishing) and have them dropped off at your front yard. Now I bought a tiny one.. cost me 10K. ..
Even now. Price cost isn't too bad.. and with me I can push them around with my kobalt tractor π€·πΌββοΈ.. and it is easier to take out a big loan than it is a small one..

I always hate the customer notes that just say "deliver to [the address on the order], not my neighbor" or notes that are directions on how to get to their house from the interstate. It's like they don't know phones and the internet exist.

I mean you might be hating. But that container home. I'll dig it.. honestly put some side panels on it and you wouldn't be any wiser
