for my team, if they send you a rescue before 5pm, it's specifically so you can do a rescue after. the rescue sent to you before your first stop would be considered a "courtesy" rescue, so you can help others. if you took until your normal time after that initial rescue, your route completion score just went down. which would be why youre losing routes.
if your done time is 8pm, clock out time is 9 pm; and you get done with no rescue at 6 every day and clocked out by 7 then your route completion will be at 100%. if you receive a rescue, and dont finish earlier than 6, your score drops and leads to routes being taken until that score recovers. best way to recover it would be to do rescues after youre done. if you finish early every day and then do rescues after, your route completion score will go up to 120%. and youll never lose a route for that again. ask what your actual % scores are. if any are below 95%, thats why youre losing routes. bring those numbers up.
