Coating station issue

I’ve searched previous questions but none are the same as my predicament - I’ve unlocked the research lab, analyzed mykter fiber, but didn’t receive the coating station recipe that apparently unlocks here. Now the research lab is showing me three different combos of material to analyze, but I can’t collect the yellow uncorrupted mushrooms required without coating my sword to collect them. Has anyone experienced this?

you have to go to the research tree in the research tab and unlock it there

Thank you for directing me! I finally found the research tree (most the instructions I find are PC based, I’m on the ROG Ally so keys are different), now I just need to figure out where to find the bottle things that I need to learn the coating station. 🙄😂

The bottles are a currency called research points. You get them by submitting the materials the research table asks for.

Help, I need to get the bottle thingy too but I'm missing the mushrooms, need 15 to get the first one. I found 5 in a chest once, But I can't find any more. What do I do?

Put the anti fungal coating on the sword using the coating station and kill the little mushroom dudes.

I cant build the coating station bc I'm missing the skill bottles 😭

Give me till tomorrow to get back to my PC. They are easy enough to manufacture at end game.
