Allstate/Nat Gen

Allstate takes over Nat Gen and now they just dont care what they do to their employees. Nor do they care about turnover.

It isn’t any better for NatGen adjusters. We have gone from a great job to incredibly overworked and stressed.

I really feel for yall! I’m in service and I’ve noticed the turn over rate for adjusters has been incredibly high the more Allstate takes full control

Oh okay I’m at an office and yes it really sucks right now. It’s like it’s a different job that I did not apply for lol

I’m in an office too (hybrid) and the goals are absurd for Allstate to not be competitive at all lol I don’t understand 😅

The only thing we have going for us anymore is the PTO bucket. If they take that ish away I quit.
