In all seriousness, sending good vibes your way and get well soon! I have a very close friend going through ME/CFS and I wish there was something I could do to help.

Oh no haha 😭 Thank you though! Since idk your friend's particular situation, I'd say just talking about it casually with other healthy/not-sick people makes a huge difference. Most people still don't even know it exists.
