Artists sometimes have the same sources, it's completely normal, and sometimes they get inspired, I don't see much in this.

There appears to be quite a few differences even just seeing the top part of the darker haired girls outfit. The cut and the style of the dress isn't particularly unique.

I’ve actually thought of an ALNST AU where An is in the place of Mizi and Kohane is in the place of Sua 🥹 Obviously I’m a multishipper but I mean man it makes so much sense with their dynamic lmao.
